Our Products PAMS (Portfolio Analysis and Management System) The PAMS Yield Engine is the heart of the PAMS Portfolio Analysis and Management System) currently being rewritten. It is carved away from the accounting and database segment of the system to provide a simple but powerful yield analysis tool. It addresses the need for quick rate analysis against any set of cash flows using any or all of three yield methods: 1) Internal Rate of Return It is an inexpensive tool that can write to, and read data input from either an EXCEL file and/or from a SQL database. It readily lends itself to diverse assignments such as custom analysis of composite portfolio flows in acquisition, EXCEL built after tax flows of various complexities for any finance project, as well as simple single transaction mortgage loans. The engine is provided under contract and requires a modest yearly license/update fee. The Engine can be incorporated under separate license into proprietary database systems that is designed to fit your exact needs. Either your team, our team or some combination thereof can do the project.
The Employee Tracking System The system has been designed to track employee attendance and compliance with unionized busing company contracts. It produces several key reports on employee seniority, attendance, and basic employee information. Written in VB6, using Access as it's database, the system lends itself to easy customization and enhancement. It has been in place and operating for over 7 years. An earlier DOS version was in place for over 6 years.
Check Request Generator/Payment History Written in VB for Applications using EXCEL as it's data base, this system can be learned quickly by even computer illiterate employees. Designed for a major photo film retailer, it has proven to be a key element in gaining control over leased equipment property tax payments.
Top of the Line Equestrian Billing System This product written in VB for Applications and EXCEL. It is designed to create the records for and generate a monthly invoice for large equestrian operations. It can track and bill for up to thirteen trainers, board, miscellaneous and other charges. It provides good control over each trainers' earnings and generates a quality and handsome detailed invoice. Its' focus is on controlling billings and producing a comprehensive invoice. |
